This role reports into the Senior Brand Manager - Eucerin Face and will work closely with cross-functional teams.\nYour Tasks\nBusiness: Leads development of the Eucerin Face Marketing Plan to achieve top line sales, profit and market share. Works on the BDF readiness, go to market strategies and activation opportunities\nS&OP: Responsible for representing the brand in the S&OP process and partnering with Supply on brand forecasts and R&O assessment.\nInnovation: Scopes and sizes new launches, ensuring stakeholders alignment, assessing financial viability and supports Gate process submission\nMarket Analysis: Responsible for brand and competitive insights and performance analysis to inform brand strategies and tactics.\nBudget: Management and quarterly monitoring to stay on track\nMedia Comms: Collaborates with IAT on development of agency briefs for full funnel media planning\nSocial media: Influences with a focus on culture. The Brand Manager is plugged into what's trending, knows where the conversation is happening with our target consumer's evolving skincare routines.\nConsumer Insights: Be able to translate those insights into refined plans and new consumer targets\nGo to Market: Partners with Commercial to infuse compelling storytelling into sell in programs, NPD launches and line reviews\n Professional Marketing: Partners with Medical marketing team to drive Dermatologists recommendations\nYour Profile\n BS/BA in Science based degree and/or Marketing (MBA a plus).\nMinimum 5+ years marketing/brand management experience\nExperience in beauty, skincare or personal care categories a plus\nStrong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nKnowledge in all areas of marketing including the ability to provide analytical insights, develop and implement marketing programs\nAbility to innovate, develop and execute against all product initiatives\nMust be results-oriented, self-starter, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others.\nAbility to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate\nCreative thinking and flexibility - ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nDigital and e-commerce experience is preferred.\nTime management skills and ability to prioritize projects as necessary\nExperience in financial analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management.\nExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.\nProficient knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Nielsen and/or IRI/Circana, SAP experience extremely helpful\nBase Salary Range: $132,000 - $166,600 base salary\nActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors.\nAt Beiersdorf, we value diversity and aim to provide equal opportunities to all of our applicants - regardless of e.g. gender, sexual identity, nationality, ethnicity, religion or ideology, disability or age.
