Working closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, VAS and external partners, the role delivers a high-performing, agile and scalable co-pack operation that supports business objectives.\nYour Tasks\nPeople Leadership & Development\nLead, coach and develop operational teams, team leaders and support functions.\nFoster a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.\nManage training, performance reviews, succession planning and talent development.\nOversee agency labour performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, SHE and external suppliers.\nAct as the key operational contact for co-pack activity and escalations.\nSupport seasonal peaks, gifting programmes and customer initiatives.\nOperational Management\nLead co-pack operations across multiple shifts to deliver production plans safely and efficiently.\nAchieve productivity, quality, service and cost targets.\nMonitor KPIs and drive corrective actions and performance improvements.\nEnsure inventory accuracy, material availability and smooth production flow.\nContinuous Improvement\nLead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.\nUse data and reporting to improve productivity, quality, service and cost performance.\nSupport system optimisation and deliver improvement projects aligned to Supply Chain strategy.\nResource & Budget Management\nManage labour, overtime, agency spend and operational budgets.\nPlan and deploy resources effectively to meet demand while controlling costs.\nMonitor financial performance and identify efficiency opportunities.\nHealth, Safety, Environment & Quality\nChampion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with COMAH, company policies and legislation.\nLead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions.\nMaintain quality standards and customer specifications.\nSite Leadership\nSupport site security, contractor management and emergency response activities.\nParticipate in duty management and out-of-hours escalation processes.\nProvide leadership during operational incidents and emergencies.\nYour Profile\n5+ years' experience in Operations, Production, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management within FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.\nProven experience leading large, multi-shift teams.\nStrong knowledge of co-packing, production and supply chain operations.\nExperience managing labour, budgets and operational performance.\nStrong leadership, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nLean/continuous improvement experience.\nIOSH Managing Safely essential; NEBOSH desirable.\nCOMAH, SAP and WMS experience advantageous.\nProficient in Excel and PowerPoint.\nHighly organised, results-focused and proactive.\nAt Beiersdorf, we see you as a person - far beyond your title or role.
