We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.\nYour Tasks\nRole Objective:\nDevelop and facilitate the consensus forecast for the assigned brand on SPGR level aiming to balance between the relevant KPIs [Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Bias & Inventory Value].\n\nOrder management, securing customer service, distribution, inventory planning and waste management.\n\nMain Accountabilities\nDemand Planning (of the category & market assigned)\nForecasting demand by analyzing sales data and market trends with the distributors\n\nCoordinating with Supply planners for on time and in full NPDs and Relaunches\n\nMonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.\n\nData Analysis and Reporting- Generating regular reports to track key metrics and communicate performance to stakeholders.\n\nInventory Management\nManage inventory at distributor effectively to secure product sales and devise improvement actions to maximize utilization\n\nControlling demand & replenishment for items based on SKU classification\n\nMonitor, evaluate and build depletion plans for excess stocks, blocked stocks and short shelf-life stocks.\n\nAligning with stakeholders plans to deplete short shelf life and excess stocks.\n\nReporting\nReport on inventory (DIH) and forecast accuracy monthly\n\nMonthly reporting on Waste risks and depletion action plans\n\nReport NS & IMS forecast accuracy by SKU for M+3 & M+1 for owned categories and markets monthly\n\nTrack and report on distributor stock coverage progression & expected YE landing.\n\nCollaboration and Communication\nLiaise with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals.\n\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain status and resolve any issues.\n\nAnalyze demand issues and facilitate resolution throughout the supply chain\n\nLeading and delivering forecast cycles for business planning\n\nOthers\nAny additional analysis, tasks and duties, which would be required to fulfill the scope of the role as requested by the line manager.\n\nWork with the distributors to build their forecasting capabilities to ensure a stable NS forecast and minimum waste due to forecast fluctuations.\n\nYour Profile\nEducation\nBachelor from an accredited university with a focus on Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain\nExperience\n5+ years of experience in demand/supply planning in an FMCG company or similar industry.\nSkills\nHigh proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on advanced excel.\nKnowledge of SAP (R3 & APO) is an advantage.\nHigh analytical skills & attention to details\nAbility to quickly understand & grasp business processes\nTeam player and able to work autonomously\nHigh sense of urgency & ability to timely root cause & resolve problems\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\nLanguage\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
