During your internship, you will get a deeper understanding of the entire responsibility of a Supply Chain Department. You will learn how a Supply Chain Department of an international FMCG company works and gain practical knowledge that will be extremely useful in your field in the future.\nAs a Supply Chain Intern, you will mainly support the BE & NL Value Added Services Team (VAS). Within VAS you will contribute to ensuring a seamless production flow of the commercial promotional calendar (promo displays, promo packs, goodies) by assuring efficient material purchasing. Next to this, you will be responsible for managing accurate VAS Masterdata of materials and promotional items for Belgian productions. In order to do so, you will work closely together with Demand Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance & the Commercial Departments.\nVAS Purchasing\nAssuring stock management for VAS materials, components and displays by creating and managing purchase orders for the NL market.\nCommunicate with suppliers and co-packing partners to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.\nTrack material supplier performance and escalating delays or quality issues.\nSupport cost analysis for VAS activities and identify opportunities for savings.\nResponsible for PPWR readiness and operational compliance\nVAS Masterdata\nCreate new material codes and maintain existing ones in SAP for VAS-related items (e.g., promotional displays, packs, bundles).\nMaintain accurate master data in SAP and promo tool for VAS materials and processes, in close alignment with your commercial counterparts.\nValidate data integrity and support updates to ensure compliance with global standards set by our Masterdata Center of Excellence.\nYour Profile\nYou are finishing your Master’s degree in Supply Chain and/or Operations Management or comparable degrees.\nYou are available starting December 1st, 2026 (flexible) for a period of 6 months, 5 days per week (2 days home office).\nYou are fluent in English.
