We are looking for a Launch & Re-launch Coordinator to support the successful implementation of product launches, relaunches, product changes and innovation projects within a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nIn this role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Production, Technical, Quality, Material Management, Controlling, Safety and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate product launch and relaunch projects from a factory perspective. \nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. \nManage project milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans. \nEnsure effective communication and alignment among local and global stakeholders. \nCoordinate the implementation of new products, product changes and innovation initiatives. \nSupport Value Engineering and continuous improvement initiatives when applicable\nYour Profile\nWho We're Looking For\nDegree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. \nExperience in project management, project coordination, Supply Chain, planning or innovation implementation. \n2 to 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred. High-potential junior profiles may also be considered.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nHands-on mindset with the ability to balance analysis and execution.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nKnowledge of 5S, SMED, Fishbone Analysis, Root Cause Analysis or similar methodologies is highly valued. \nExperience with automated manufacturing equipment is an advantage. \nElectromechanical knowledge or experience is highly valued. \nSAP knowledge,
