We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.\nYour Tasks\nMain Responsibilities\nVAS LogisticsBe representative for all logistics part in VAS (Value added service) planning.\nReceiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct quantity and batch of products are delivered.\nFollow up the shipments to be on time and in full according to VAS production plan.\nCoordinate with all concern parties if there is problem of the shipments (Shortage, Damage, wrong batch and etc.)\nEffective management to achieve the target with high quality and on time delivery.\nManage day-to-day operations for VAS inbound and outbound (both finished good and packaging)\nManage day-to-day operations for reject and return process of VAS components\nMinimize transportation cost of VAS components and VAS finished good\nWeekly and Monthly stock reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy between BDF’s system and stock at our Co-packer \nLead year end stock take activities and clarification discrepancy of stock with our controller\nBe representative to solve issues from internal functions which related to VAS area\n\nExport LogisticsLinkage between sales, planning, and export customers for Order to Deliver processes.\nProcessing order and invoice in SAP system for exporting customers.\nCoordinate shipment handling with freight forwarder to Indochina countries.\nEnsure 100% correctness of exporting documents generated by freight forwarder and warehouse teams.\nControl and check correctness of billing from freight forwarders regarding export shipments.\n\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics or any other related fields\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics management or related\nSAP background is preferable.\nExperienced to coordinate with 3rd party logistics provider\nExcellent analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative\nGood Command of both speaking and written in English\nOffice Location:6th and 7th Fl. Sathorn Square Office Tower, 98 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500.
