We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.\nYour Tasks\nAct as Finance Business Partner for Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams across CAMEX.\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of marketing and commercial investments.\nAnalyze brand and commercial performance, providing insights to support decision-making.\nSupport month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to evaluate promotions, pricing initiatives, and innovation projects.\nDrive transparency and optimization of marketing spend to maximize business performance.\nEnsure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting standards.\nContribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes and tools.\nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.\n4+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Controlling, Marketing Controlling, or Sales Controlling.\nProven experience as a Finance Business Partner supporting commercial or marketing teams.\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end closing processes.\nAdvanced English proficiency is required.\nSAP experience is required;
