We are looking for a Marketing Intern (6 months, starting January 2027) to join our Eucerin team in Brussels and help us drive our brand to new heights.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nAs a Marketing Intern, you will support the Derma Marketing Team in delivering strong sell-out and elevating the Eucerin brand image in Belgium.\nYou will be a reliable support to the team, contributing to key marketing tasks and helping bring our brand strategy to life.\nThis internship offers the chance to discover a wide variety of marketing activities and build solid fundamentals in a dynamic and caring environment. Your main responsibilities will include:\nSupport of the Day-to-day brand management:\nContribution to the analysis and preparations of successful product launches and relaunches\nMonthly qualitative competitor analysis\nPresentations upon requests\nSupport developing necessary material: memento, sales book, logo’s\nOffice stock management and postal activities\nPR & Influencer Facilitator\nDocument the PR & Influence exchanges with the PR & Influence agencies and monitor their follow-up\nCreate and follow up on briefings for press releases and communication materials, and support the organization of PR events (if applies)\nExecute the influencer activities: ensure the retroplanning is respected, create, review and share feedback on the briefings and content creation in line with our guidelines & in close collaboration with the Influencer Manager and Marketing team\nMonitor influencer seeding and track social media trends\nFollow-up of Digital & Media activities:\nIn close collaboration with the Digital Activation Manager, Media Activation Manager, Brand Managers, Regulatory Affairs Department (if applicable) and our different agencies:\nLocalize and create campaign media assets, ensuring accurate and timely follow up with our creative agency on all asset deliveries\nSupport the monthly website updates (homepage + structure) as well as the creation and analysis of new landing pages such as campaign pages - in collaboration with colleagues from France, the Netherlands and/or Germany\nSupport with the digital asset and product management (PIM & DAM)\nEnsure a follow-up on the chatbot displayed on our website, guaranteeing a biannual update incorporating new and discontinued products, texts as well as new features\nTeamwork\nTeamwork at the center: supporting Brand Managers, Digital Activation Manager, Media Activation Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, PR & Influence manager\nRegular exchanges with the other interns\nWorking closely with agencies in a caring but moving forward way\nDoorbell & reception packages (depending on team day)\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?\nWe’re looking for someone who is:\nAvailable for 6 months, full time as from January 2027;\nMaster degree-level education in Marketing, Digital or business;\nStrong business proficiency in English - Native in French or Dutch;\nA first internship experience in a similar or equivalent role is a big plus;\nFascinated by the FMCG universe and dermo-cosmetics\nYou demonstrate a positive, passionate & creative mindset;\nWillingness to tackle challenges & not afraid of complexity\nAccurate - attention to details - analytical skills\nCapable to combine teamwork with diverse personalities & autonomous working\nProfessional working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / …)\nOrganizational skills - taking initiatives - Can-do mentality\nStrong communication skills, both written (good spelling & flow) & verbal\nWHY JOIN BEIERSDORF?\nA great place to work: pure and simple.
