In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels across a complex supply network, long-term production planning ensuring product availability while balancing working capital and service level objectives. You will collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Response Managers, Production & Material Planning, Export Planning, Regional / Global teams and other Planning Centers of Excellence to drive inventory performance and continuous improvement initiatives.\nYour Tasks\nManage inventory planning and replenishment strategies for the assortment produced in one of Beiersdorf production centers in Europe.\nManage long-term production planning\nMonitor and optimize inventory levels to achieve target service levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.\nAnalyze inventory performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation actions.\nDrive inventory parameter settings including safety stock, target coverage, and planning policies.\nCollaborate with Planning community ( demand planning, detailed scheduling, export planning) to balance supply constraints and customer requirements.\nIdentify and manage inventory risks related to supply disruptions, demand volatility, product lifecycle changes, and network constraints.\nLead inventory optimization projects and initiatives aimed at improving working capital, service levels, and operational efficiency.\nProvide regular reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis focused on inventory health and network efficiency.\nSupport system enhancements, planning tool implementations, and process standardization initiatives.\nParticipate in cross-functional task forces addressing supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, and network optimization opportunities.\nEnsure data quality and maintain planning master data relevant to inventory planning processes.\nDevelop and maintain inventory dashboards, performance metrics, and executive presentations.\nYour Profile\nEducation & Professional Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, production planning, or other supply chain functions.\nExperience working in an international, matrix, and cross-functional environment.\nSupply Chain & Business Acumen\nStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and inventory management principles.\nExperience managing inventory, service levels, and working capital performance.\nBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to balance operational and commercial priorities.\nAnalytical & Systems Skills\nStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actions.\nAdvanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, APO, IBP, OMP, Kinaxis, or similar).\nData-driven approach to decision making.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to collaborate, influence, and build effective relationships across
