new product launches, ensuring competitiveness, quality, and supply availability\nAct as procurement partner to cross-functional teams, factories, and suppliers throughout project execution\nLead RFIs/RFPs, supplier tenders, bid evaluations, and supplier selection based on total cost of ownership (TCO)\nDrive cost optimization, sourcing efficiency, supplier performance, and procurement KPI improvements such as savings and spend coverage\nMaintain accurate procurement data and processes within ERP systems\nDrive continuous improvement and standardization of sourcing and procurement processes\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, standards, contracts, and applicable requirements\nYour Profile\nDegree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, ora related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably withinan international environment and relevant categories.\nProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindsetwith a hands-on approach.\nProven experience in direct sourcing, tender management,negotiations, and supplier management.\nDecision-making and ability to take ownership.\nSolid understanding of procurement processes and ideally of Supply Chain dynamics.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nDigital mindset with an interest in leveraging AI tools andemerging technologies to improve procurement efficiency\nEntrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on mindset with a strong can-do attitude.\nAdaptable
