We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.\nYour Tasks\nContract Duration: 3 - 4 months\nRole Purpose\nThe Marketing Procurement Specialist will support sourcing, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement operations across the Marketing category, ensuring business continuity and the achievement of procurement objectives. The role partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to execute sourcing initiatives, optimize procurement processes, and ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and governance requirements.\nKey Accountabilities\nStrategic Sourcing & Category Support\nSupport procurement activities across Marketing spend categories across ASEAN-ANZ region, including BTL and PR Activities.\nConduct RFQs, RFPs, and supplier bid evaluations.\nAnalyze supplier proposals and provide commercial recommendations.\nSupport contract negotiations and supplier onboarding activities.\nDeliver cost-saving and value-creation opportunities where applicable.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with Marketing stakeholders across ASEAN and ANZ to understand business requirements.\nProvide guidance on procurement processes, policies, and best practices.\nAct as a trusted advisor to internal customers on supplier selection and sourcing approaches.\nEnsure timely resolution of procurement-related issues and inquiries.\nContract & Supplier Management\nMaintain productive relationships with approved suppliers.\nMonitor supplier performance, service levels, and contract compliance.\nSupport supplier reviews and business performance discussions.\nManage supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle, including contract monitoring, renewal tracking, compliance management, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.\nEscalate supplier risks and performance concerns when necessary.\nProcurement Operations & Compliance\nManage purchase requisitions and purchase order processes as required.\nEnsure sourcing activities comply with company procurement policies and governance standards.\nMaintain accurate procurement documentation and contract records.\nSupport audit and compliance requirements.\nReporting & Analytics\nPrepare spend analysis and procurement performance reports.\nTrack savings, sourcing pipeline, contract status, and supplier metrics.\nSupport procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nYour Profile\nKey Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.\n3-5 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.\nExperience supporting Marketing procurement categories is highly preferred.\nFamiliarity with sourcing processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.\nExperience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel,
