Your Tasks

Objetivo del puesto

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos de Calidad responsable de asegurar que las actividades de calidad asociadas a proyectos de instalaciones, equipos, sistemas críticos y sistemas computarizados sean planeadas, documentadas y ejecutadas de acuerdo con los requerimientos regulatorios y estándares aplicables.

La posición participará activamente en procesos de control de cambios, revisión de diseño, comisionamiento, calificación y validación, dando seguimiento al Sistema de Calidad durante las diferentes etapas de los proyectos.

  • Evaluar y aprobar User Requirements (UR's), protocolos FAT/SAT y actividades de commissioning para equipos, instalaciones, sistemas computarizados y sistemas críticos relacionados con los proyectos.
  • Elaborar y/o revisar protocolos de calificación y validación de equipos, instalaciones y sistemas críticos.
  • Revisar y dar seguimiento a controles de cambio, asegurando el cumplimiento de GMP.Participar en la elaboración y revisión de análisis de riesgos de calidad relacionados con los proyectos.Administrar y resguardar la documentación de los proyectos aplicable al Sistema de Calidad.
  • Participar en auditorías internas y externas en conjunto con los equipos de proyecto.Crear y/o actualizar procedimientos asegurando su alineación con las normativas aplicables y los requerimientos de la planta.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y regulaciones aplicables, incluyendo GMP, GAMP 5, ISO 14644, ISO 8573, CFR 21 Part 11, WHO, entre otros.

Your Profile

  • Experiencia con equipos de manufactura, fabricación y/o llenado, idealmente de líquidos y semisólidos.
  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica, cosmética o algún entorno regulado.
  • Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de equipos, instalaciones y sistemas críticos.
  • Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.Conocimiento de GMP.
  • Experiencia con calificación/validación.Conocimiento de regulaciones y guías como COFEPRIS, FDA, Health Canada, GAMP 5, ISO 8573, ICH, ISO 14644, ISPE y WHO.
  • Experiencia en evaluaciones de riesgo y administración de proyectos.
