Now, it’s your turn to be part of this journey.\nYour Tasks\nAs part of the Sales & Customer Marketing Team, you will play an important role in supporting commercial operations and helping drive the successful execution of sales and promotional activities.\nTeam assistance:\nHandles daily administrative tasks:\nVendor & Purchase Order Creation\nSAP & Deduco updates\nfollows up on budget in BASE\nSupports the team in different projects (analyses, mails etc.)\nOrganizes team events (internal and sales meetings, special events etc.)\nBooks hotels, restaurants etc. and coordinates external storage spaces for field team\nSales plan execution:\nTakes part in promotion & sales meetings\nCreates a national promotion plan using CNK codes and by calculating promotion prices\nCreates quarterly pricelist files based on input from Controlling\nShares all info regarding prices, promotions, new products with customers\nCreates promotional & sales templates (sales book, order sheets, …) and follows up on promotional material\nPrepares weekly sales KPI updates (Promo tracking, visit frequency etc.)\nManages all topics around Deduco, creates order forms, assortment lists etc. and ensures upload of all material into Deduco\nFollows-up free goods deliveries + stock management\nTeam support:\nPrepares analyses for Sales Manager, Field Sales Manager, S&CM Manager or Key Accounts on demand (sell-in, sell-out, desk coaching lists etc.)\nManages & steers sample planning per quarter and prepares sample boxes\nCoordinates input from different functions for sales meeting & ensures timely deliveries\nSupports field team with coordinating deliveries or helps with Deduco problems\nYour Profile\nWe’re looking for someone who is available for 6 months, full time as from January 2027;\nPersonal attributes:\nAnalytical and organized\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously\nAccountable & agile\nProactive, energetic and a team player\nRigorous and solution-driven\nExperience:\nPrevious experience in assisting / supporting a (sales) team\nPreferably a university degree or studies in Data Analysis, Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing\nSkills:\nGood IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI\nNice to have skills: SAP, IMS, B-One\nNative speaker in French or Dutch, fluent in English\nWHY JOIN BEIERSDORF?\nA great place to work: pure and simple.
