This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic engineering projects, supporting the validation, verification, and successful delivery of filling and packaging initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational excellence standards. This is limited contract of 1-year.\nResponsibilities\nProvide technical expertise and leadership for filling and packaging equipment, including bottle, tube, deodorant, and jar production lines.\nLead equipment qualification and validation activities (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ) and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nManage the installation, commissioning, startup, and handover of filling and packaging projects to operations.\nDevelop and maintain key project documentation, including URS, validation protocols, ramp-up plans, risk assessments, and as-built documentation.\nPlan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed objectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Quality, Packaging Development, Process Engineering, Utilities, Safety, contractors, and equipment suppliers.\nMonitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular updates to ensure successful achievement of project milestones.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, GMP requirements, safety policies, and local regulations throughout project execution.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reliability, efficiency, and product quality.\nCoordinate and oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) activities related to equipment installation and facility modifications, ensuring quality, schedule, and site readiness requirements are met.\nYour Profile\nQualifications\nBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience\nEnglish proficiency\nGood in Ms. Office\nStrong understanding of Indonesian regulations and compliance.\nExcellent communication and analytical skills.\nAt Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin - and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
