Working closely with Supply Chain stakeholders, IT teams, and business partners, the role translates business requirements into practical solutions.\nThe role also develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools, and supports automation and digital solutions using SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, AI, Microsoft Copilot, and other technologies.\nYour Tasks\nProcess Excellence & SAP\nSupport Supply Chain process improvements across NOE.\nCollaborate with Process & Data Lead, stakeholders, SAP users, and IT to deliver improvements.\nAnalyse issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\nSupport process standardisation and maintain documentation.\nSupport SAP enhancements, testing, implementation, and change activities.\nData & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP, Excel, Power BI, and others. \nWork with stakeholders to deliver reporting requirements. \nDigital & Automation Solutions\nSupport automation and digital initiatives. \nDesign, develop, test, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, AI, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools.\nTranslate business requirements into solutions.\nSupport testing, training, and adoption.\nMonitor and improve existing solutions.\nEDI & Systems Integration\nSupport EDI onboarding, integrations, and change requests. \nInvestigate and resolve EDI issues. \nMaintain EDI documentation and customer setups. \nStakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong relationships across Supply Chain, IT, Customer Service, and Global teams.\nProvide clear project updates.\nSupport training, knowledge sharing, and change management. \nYour Profile\nStrong technical reporting skills are essential, with experience in Power BI and AI-driven reporting solutions being a key priority.\nProven experience in developing effective reports and dashboards, with the ability to work confidently with data and translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions.\nA proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to constructively challenge requirements and identify more effective solutions to underlying business needs.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.\n Supply Chain process knowledge is advantageous but not essential, as this can be developed within the role.\nAt Beiersdorf, we see you as a person - far beyond your title or role.
