Your Tasks
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Intern to support our growing online business across platforms like Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and Talabat. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital commerce, performance tracking, and sales excellence within a dynamic FMCG environment. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the digital and sales strategies for Nivea, Eucerin and Hansaplast for the UAE market while also getting exposure to cross functional verticals including brand, supply chain and finance.
E-Commerce Brand Management
o Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce operations and performance of a handful of Beiersdorf brands in UAE
o Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to execute brand strategies seamlessly.
Digital & Sales Excellence
o Assist in auditing and improving product content across retailer platforms
o Support with image and A+ content uploads, keyword tagging, and SEO optimization
o Track and report content compliance and digital shelf metrics
o Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, identify areas of improvement, and deliver actionable insights.
Data & Reporting
o Support weekly sales tracking and KPI dashboards across key eCommerce channels
o Analyze traffic, conversion, and media performance using internal tools and retailer data
o Assist in maintaining promotion calendars and campaign performance trackers
Campaign & Launch Support
o Coordinate with marketing and brand teams on eCommerce activations and new product launches
o Manage budgets for advertising, promotions, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
o Help prepare assets and briefs for online campaigns (brand days, promotions, media banners)
o Monitor execution during campaign periods and consolidate learnings
Competitive Benchmarking
o Track key competitors’ visibility, pricing, ratings/reviews, and promotions across platforms
o Support preparation of monthly insights deck on category trends and competitive moves
Your Profile
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong analytical skills with data driven structured thinking
- Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and FMCG/retail landscape
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset
