This is a working foreman role-you won’t just supervise the job, you’ll be in the field getting it done, side-by-side with your crew.\nThis role calls for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and the ability to support and oversee projects from the ground up. In addition to solar, you’ll work on diverse industrial and mechanical construction jobs, so adaptability and a solid base in construction fundamentals are key.
