The role ensures high availability, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT services while aligning regional IT operations with global standards and business objectives.\nThe successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage regional IT teams and vendors, oversee infrastructure projects, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with organizational security and governance requirements.\nKey Activities and Responsibilities\nIT Infrastructure Management\nManage regional IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, Wi-Fi, endpoint devices, printers, and meeting room technologies.\nEnsure high availability and optimal performance of infrastructure services.\nCoordinate infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle management, and technology refresh programs.\nBranch office, and remote site infrastructure.\nEnsure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.\nIT Operations\nLead day-to-day IT operations across regional offices and manufacturing/business locations.\nEnsure SLA compliance for incidents, service requests, and problem management.\nDrive continual service improvement initiatives.\nMonitor operational KPIs and service performance.\nManage IT asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and CMDB updates.\nCoordinate change, release, and maintenance activities.\nSupport business-critical applications from an infrastructure perspective.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor Local IT Engineers and regional support teams.\nDefine goals, conduct performance reviews, and develop technical capabilities.\nFoster a customer-focused and collaborative culture.\nCoordinate activities with global IT teams and regional business stakeholders.\nVendor & Service Management\nManage relationships with managed service providers, OEMs, and external vendors.\nReview vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.\nCoordinate hardware procurement, warranty management, and third-party support.\nOptimize service quality and operational costs.\nCybersecurity & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with global cybersecurity policies and standards.\nSupport vulnerability remediation, patch management, endpoint protection, and privileged access management.\nCoordinate security audits and compliance assessments.\nMaintain secure infrastructure configurations and implement remediation actions.\nPartner with Information Security teams to reduce operational risk.\nProject Management\nDeliver regional infrastructure projects on time and within budget.\nLead office expansions, IT relocations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology rollouts.\nManage project plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.\nEnsure successful transition of projects into operational support.\nBusiness Relationship Management\nAct as the primary IT contact for regional business leaders.\nUnderstand business priorities and translate them into technology solutions.\nCommunicate IT strategy, service updates, and project status to stakeholders.\nBuild strong partnerships across business functions.\nGovernance & Reporting\nPrepare executive dashboards and operational reports.\nTrack KPIs, SLA performance, service availability, and operational risks.\nParticipate in governance meetings, operational reviews, and strategic planning.\nEnsure adherence to ITIL processes and corporate policies.\nSkills\nIT Asset Management\nIT Service Management (ITIL)\nPatch & Vulnerability Management\nEndpoint Security\nCollaboration Platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)\nInfrastructure Monitoring Tools\nLeadership Competencies\nStrong people leadership\nStrategic thinking\nDecision-making\nStakeholder management\nVendor management\nFinancial and budget management\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nCustomer-focused mindset\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking\nContinuous improvement orientation\nPrevious Experience\nMinimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations.\nMinimum 3-5 years in a leadership or regional IT management role.\nExperience supporting multiple sites and geographically distributed teams.\nExperience working in multinational environments.\nProven track record in infrastructure operations, vendor management, service delivery, and project execution.\nQualifications and Education\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nMaster's degree (preferred).\nPreferred Certifications\nITIL Foundation / ITIL 4 Managing Professional\nPRINCE2 or PMP (preferred)\nISO 27001 Foundation (preferred)\nBe bold and take the leap!\nWe're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
