Our focus extends to markets such as new mobility, low-carbon construction, and green energy.\nAs a dynamic and growing company with over 19 000 employees worldwide, 75 nationalities, a retention rate above 90% and € 3,7 billion in combined revenue in 2025, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as we continue to shape a safer, more efficient, and connected world!\nPurpose and Mission\nResponsible ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting day-to-day quality operations in a specific plant.\nKey Activities and Responsibilities\nQuality Assurance and Compliance:\n- Implement and maintain quality processes, procedures, and policies at the site level.\n- Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF) and company-specific quality requirements.\n- Organize, manage and participate in internal and external audits, addressing findings and corrective actions.\n\nOversee QMS Implementation:\n- Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the company.\n- Maintain relevant Quality Manuals and Procedures.\n- Analyze procedural needs and plan Standard Operating practices.\n\nCustomer Feedback Management:\n- Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product quality, performance, and satisfaction.\n- Translate customer comments into actionable recommendations for quality process improvement.\n- Develop strategies to enhance product quality, reliability, and safety.\n- Implement corrective actions based on VOC insights.\n\nDocument Control and Training:\n- Manage document control processes for site-specific quality documents.\n- Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities, deviations, and change controls.\n- Coordinate training programs for site personnel on quality procedures.\n\nNon-Conformance and CAPA Management:\n- Investigate non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints.\n- Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).\n- Work with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.\n\nMetrics and Reporting:\n- Define site-specific quality metrics and KPIs.\n- Collect and analyze data to measure quality performance.\n- Prepare regular reports for the Quality Site Manager.\n\nRisk Management:\n- Participate in risk assessments related to site operations and product quality.\n- Identify and mitigate risks within the site’s processes.\n- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address high-risk areas.\n\nSkills\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nKnowledge of risk-based thinking and quality risk management.\n6 Sigma\nPrevious Experience\n2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.\nExperience in a manufacturing or production environment.\nQualifications and Education\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering).\nCertification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate) is a plus.\nBe bold and take the leap!\nWe're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
