Purpose of the Role\nBekaert is leading transformation program to enhance the digital experience end-to-end that drive impact across multiple channels covering operations and commercial, with focus to improve relative cost position & cash utilization in manufacturing and supply chain operations, increase customer intimacy & conversion of marketing efforts in commercial.\nYour role as Solution Architect for Order-to-Cash domain is to describe new solution context, transform requirements into specific solution architecture design documents; Design technology solutions and goals for a specific new project, enhancement, in collaboration with Domain Architect and Product/Project Managers; Work with Domain Architect to ensure solution architecture align to program/project design guidelines, maintain and transform the capability of existing SAP application.\nII. Roles and Responsibilities\nAs a SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Solution Architect, primary responsibility is to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end sales, logistics, and order management processes within SAP (S/4HANA).\nContribute together with the Business & Technology teams to analyzing enterprise business context (business strategy and trends), defining and implementing the IT roadmap for Order-to-Cash domain. You will also be contributing to streamlining the product operations in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.\nWork closely with product managers, O2C global process owner, business analysts etc, review the requirements, collaborate with IT implementation partners / system Integrators for functional & technical design, lead implementations and developments, ensure functional and technical documentation is created and kept up to date with the as-built situation.\nBe subject matter expert in SAP Sales & Distribution and integration design between SAP and satellite systems for transaction and process flow using various Industry standard Interface practices. You are the main point of contact for the technical team.\nLead implementation of project requirements and enhancements in the SAP SD area, with main focus on the sales-to-cash process, monitor risks/mitigation strategies with stakeholders and strive for improving efficiency of the solutions\nLead the analysis of the current SAP environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy, and technical debt, and implement solutions for improvement, keep IT & Digital solutions up to date with industry trends and developments assuring backward compatibility, maintainability of applications on latest versions.\nEvaluate and deploy new technologies (e.g., SAP Fiori, AI) to enhance system performance, user experience, and business value.\nSteer efficient utilization and deployment of various technology products, technology platforms, development technologies, information, data, security controls.\nIdentify potential technical risks, provide solutions for complex problems, and manage technical debt.\nLead diagnosis and troubleshooting efforts with team for critical and repetitive issues occuring in the systems.\nGuide development and functional teams, ensuring solutions adhere to SAP best practices, quality standards, and security requirements.\nIII. Skills & Competencies\nIn depth knowledge of SAP customizing in the SAP SD area and ABAP development (S/4 HANA) with 8+ years specializing in SAP SD through implementation, configuration, and design experience.\nGood knowledge and experience in integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules as well as other satellite systems (CRM, Magento is preferred).\nEDI integration with customers and strong understanding of the current and future integration architecture, middleware, application integration\nGood Experience with S/4HANA SD configuration, migrations, and Fiori applications.\nWorking knowledge of ABAP debugging, user exits, IDocs, APIs, and SAP BTP integration concepts.\nSolid understanding of agile methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt\nArticulate complex technical issues, and share ideas, participate in peer-reviews/design review boards, and exhibit strong listening skills\nBe able to collaborate with various cross functional teams, internal/external technical experts, Architects, other Technical Leads, Systems Analysts, and 3rd parties to drive technical solutions\nAbility to assess product quality and other non-functional attributes and provide recommendations\nPassionate about quality and continuous improvement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented and proactive\nKnowledge of CRM (dynamics) and/or e-commerce (Magento) is nice to have .\nAbility to understand the long-term (\"big picture\") and short-term perspectives of situations\nAbility to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution alternatives\nGood written and verbal communication skills, multi-cultural sensitivity and open to travel up to 10-20% of the time.
