Automation, RPA, Power Platform, integration, and custom software development initiatives.\n\n Define and drive engineering standards, frameworks, development practices, and governance processes.\n\n Translate solution designs into scalable, secure, and production-ready engineering solutions.\n\n Design and review technical architectures, infrastructure designs, deployment models, and integration approaches.\n\n Build proof-of-concepts, reference implementations, and reusable engineering components.\n\n Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on design patterns, security, testing, and engineering best practices.\n\n Drive adoption of DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.\n\n Support architecture, security, infrastructure, and production-readiness forums.\n\n Mentor developers, engineers, and automation specialists to improve technical capability and delivery excellence.\n\n Act as the technical escalation point for complex engineering and integration challenges.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n 8+ years' experience in Software Engineering, System Development, Automation, or Solution Delivery.\n\n Strong hands-on development experience in .NET and/or Java.\n\n Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.\n\n Proven experience producing technical and infrastructure design artefacts.\n\n Strong code review and engineering governance experience.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\n\n Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Intelligent Automation\n\n Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)\n\n Blue Prism or similar RPA platforms\n\n API & Integration Development\n\n Azure Cloud Services\n\n DevOps & CI/CD\n\n Infrastructure & Deployment Architecture\n\n Security Engineering & Governance\n\n Enterprise Application Development\n\nAdvantageous:\n\n Banking or Financial Services experience.\n\n Azure, Power Platform, AI, Blue Prism, or Architecture certifications.\n\n Experience with enterprise integration and cloud-native solutions.\n\nWhy This
