This SE will require a good background in Linux engineering/administration and troubleshooting and the ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently (self-motivated).\nCandidates should have the following qualifications:\nTS/SCI with polygraph is required. \nSeven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.\nBachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.\n\nCWIP Level I required at start; Level II required within 6 months.\nCandidates are required to have the following skills:\nLinux systems administration experience - must be comfortable with command line, troubleshooting\nWindows Server\nVirtualization - VMWare\nPuppet Experience, or able to learn quickly\nSSP Support - scanning, patching, keeping documentation up to date and support ATO activities\nAnalyzes user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.\nAnalyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.\nGuides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.\nProvides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
