Inside IR35\nHours: 37 hours per week\nRate: Umb: £64 - £87 p/h / PAYE : £48 - £65 p/h PAYE (depending on experience)\nBPSS check required\nOur client is a global leader in energy technology and are currently looking for an experienced Controls / Automation Design Engineer to join an engineering team based at Lincoln, on an initial 6-month contract.\nThe successful Controls / Automation Design Engineer will have strong AutoCAD experience and ideally a good understanding of automation Control systems, PLC Systems and control panel design.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Controls system engineer / Automation controls Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nCreating a new AutoCAD Symbol Library for Controls and Automation.\nDeveloping symbols for ControlLogix, PCS7, STEP 7 TIA, Fire & Gas equipment, vibration monitoring, terminals and circuit breakers.\nCreating and updating standard designs and templates within AutoCAD.\nConverting standard junction box designs into AutoCAD.\nSupporting the standardisation of controls and automation engineering designs.\nSkills & Experience\nThe ideal Controls System engineer / Automation Design Engineer will have:\nStrong AutoCAD electrical experience -
