(Critical)\nThis is where average embedded developers get separated from actual RF/wireless experts.\nRequired Wireless Experience\nYou should strongly prefer candidates with experience in:\nZ-Wave\nProprietary sub-GHz protocols\nMesh networking\nLow-power wireless sensor networks\nRF coexistence\nOTA firmware updates over wireless\nEspecially valuable:\nExperience with Silicon Labs wireless SDKs\nExperience modifying MAC/PHY behavior\nExperience implementing custom protocol layers\n\nSilicon Labs / Z-Wave Specific Skills\nBecause this is not just generic embedded work.\nStrongly Preferred\nExperience with:\nSimplicity Studio\nSilicon Labs Gecko SDK\nSilicon Labs wireless stack APIs\nZ-Wave 700/800 series\nSmartStart\nS2 security\nOTA DFU mechanisms\nZniffer packet
