The SAP CPI Expert will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and management of integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems in the cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools, integration strategies, and experience in leading complex integration projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, configure, and implement SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to integrate various cloud and on-premise systems. \nDevelop and configure integration flows (iFlows) to integrate SAP with external systems like third-party applications, legacy systems, and non-SAP solutions. \nTroubleshoot SuccessFactors CPI Interfaces issues using ODATA API and SFAPI Audit logs; Monitored interfaces for any issues. \nUse Groovy scripting and Javscript within CPI to implement custom message transformation, data enrichment, exception handling and advanced business logic. \nWork with Odata services; creating, consuming, transforming and integrating OData endpoints into CPI flows \nGood understanding how to query and manipulate compound data sets, nested entity relationships, filters and expansions. \nWork with EDI protocols and standards (e.g., EDIFACT, X12) to implement EDI integrations within the SAP CPI environment. \nLead integration initiatives from concept through to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. \nDefine integration architecture, best practices, and standard operating procedures. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. \nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CPI solutions, addressing performance issues and errors. \nPerform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of integration failures, resolving issues in a timely manner. \nMonitor and ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the SAP CPI platform. \nIdentify and recommend improvements to the integration architecture and processes. \nStay updated with the latest developments in SAP Cloud Integration tools and technologies, integrating new functionalities as needed. \nMaintain detailed documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations. \nEnsure compliance with organizational standards for documentation and change management processes. \nKey Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. \nMinimum 10 years of experience with SAP integrations area and at least 4 years of extensive hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)/ SAP Integration Suite, including iFlow design, integration scenarios, mapping, and monitoring. \nExperience with Integration Advisor for EDI mapping and B2B Trading Partner management. Familiarity with onboarding for new customers & vendors. \nExpertise on implementing EDI transactions(850/855/856/860/810/etc.) using CPI. Knowledge on troubleshooting IDocs in SAP systems. \nProficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP, HTTP, and OData, FILE, RFC, Proxy, RFC, Web Services. \nProficient in all the Palette functions; message transformation, Events, process, Routing used in CPI including good hands-on Groovy Script \nProficiency in graphical mapping, scripting language (Javascript, Groovy) XSLT and value mapping ensures smooth data conversion across different formats \nKnowledge of SAML, OAuth, SSL and other security mechanisms to protect data during integration processes. \nProficient in using OData and Compound Employee API’s \nKnowledge of SuccessFactors Integration center \nDeep Knowledge of SOAP Web services for SAP HCM (On premise/Cloud applications) . \nKnowledge and previous experience with SAP API Management, XML, XSLT, Java, and Groovy scripting. \nAbility to manage security artifacts, ensure the encryption and decryption of sensitive data, and handle SSH keys for secure communication between systems. \nExperience with SAP S/4HANA integration is highly preferred. \nPrevious experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud would be preferred. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. \nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team. \nProficiency in English is required. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) certification preferred. Other certifications in SAP PI/PO, SAP S/4HANA, etc. are a plus. \nPrevious experience in manufacturing industry with B2B/EDI exposure.\nApplicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400 - $152,100 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.
