IPP, Utilities, etc.)\nManage the presales activities for EPC and O&M tender from RDO requirement analysis to full budget consolidation and commercial proposal\nCoordination of customer enquiries and appointments\nWork in synergies with local and central teams to evaluate tender requirements \nCold calling new customers & partners as well as taking over and expanding existing customer relationships\nParticipation or representation of the company at trade fairs or other sales events\nContract negotiations with the customer\nCarrying out sales activities and actively tracking sales figures and targets\nMonitoring trends and competitors on the market\nYour profile\nMaster’s degree in engineering preferably in Electrical Engineering or completed commercial studies\nSeveral years of experience in sales/presales or comparable positions in EPC/O&M\nProven track record in preparing/reviewing budgets for EPC deals and consolidated experience structuring and defining the cost structure of EPC deals\nStrong knowledge of PV suppliers and subcontractors\nAbility to analyze market data and interpret financial reports\nFamiliarity with CRM tools\nGood skills in using MS Office products\nFluent English and Italian skills\nSoft Skills: Empathic, communicative team player (m/f/w) with an independent and results-orientated way of working and a confident manner and negotiation abilities\nWillingness to travel up to 25% internationally\nWho we are\nWe are a multicultural international company with a lot of team spirit.
