Initiate team discussion on capacity plan e.g. expansion/ new tools/ back-up suppliers. Influence key stakeholders and set up expectations.\nPartnership with GSM-NPI (Procurement), RSP (Regional Supply Planning), Product Manager (PM) and GP (Global Planning) Team to ensure long lead time materials and componentsare sufficient to supply launch volume and meet launch time. For replenish orders, align with RSP, GP and GSM-NPI on supply strategy.\nProvide and maintain CTB (Clean To Build) which includes supply and/ or manufacturing schedule of critical MIH (Materials In House), bottleneck components, key manufacturing and/ or testing process as well as FATP plan (Final Assembly Test and Packout). Review and make sure manufacturing and/ or delivery plans are in line with Regulatory Compliance (RC) readiness.\nEngage with PMO (Program Management Office) to provide extended supports when necessary.\nWork with GP and RSP to provide PO allocation and guide/ monitor FATP supplier’s production output to meet launch target. \nOn site management at suppliers when necessary.\nProvide “Handover Package” to GP Team as deliverable for PMO E2 Gate Review Meeting.\nPartnership with GP to jointly train and guide new suppliers utilizing New Supplier On-Board Package.\nPerform all other duties as assigned or required in relation to the position.\n\nEducation and Qualification Requirements:\nMinimum Six (6)years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, process engineering and/ or product development. Prior ODM management experience is favorable.\nResults oriented and attention to details.\nStrong analytical and project management skills, with problem solving ability.\nSelf-motivated individual with strong communication skills and ability to present to management.\nFlexible, open working style, and an ability to build relationship and influence key stakeholders.\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple product launch at suppliers’ end. \nMeet deadlines in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.\nAbility to work across diverse cultures.\nBachelors or equivalent either in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering Management, or other related disciplines acquired from an international reputable University or Tertiary Institution.\nExcellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills. \nFluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.\nOther languages would be an advantage.\nFlexible to travel based on business needs.\nWhat you’re getting into\nWe’ve got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind and leave your suit in the closet.
