The research, content, and technical side of outreach are handled by the team, so your time goes into conversations and results. This role suits someone who keeps their own pace without outside pressure, takes “no” in stride, and moves on to the next dial with the same energy.\nThings You’ll Be Doing:\nMaking a high volume of cold calls every day across several client projects via the Koncert power dialer. Most of your day will be spent on the phone;\nReaching decision-makers in the US and Europe and turning conversations into booked appointments;\nAdapting your pitch to each client, industry, and prospect;\nHandling objections live and following up until the meeting is on the calendar;\nUsing a wide range of AI tools every day (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others) for prospect research, call prep, and sharpening your pitch;\nTracking your dials, connect rate, and call-to-meeting conversion, and adjusting your approach as you go;\nJoining regular review calls with clients to discuss results.\nWhat You Bring:\n2+ years of SDR or sales experience with a strong cold-calling background in B2B or B2C;\nNative or near-native English and confidence reaching and speaking with US prospects;\nAvailability during US business hours (approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM EST);\nAI-first mindset: you use AI every day, know which tools actually work for sales, and can show us how they make you faster on the phone;\nNice to have: experience with a power dialer such as Orum, Kixie, Nooks, Aircall, or similar.\nSolid objection handling and a track record of landing next steps;\nA habit of tracking your metrics and knowing how to improve them;\nAbility to manage several client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;\nDisciplined follow-up and reliable CRM hygiene.\nHow We Hire\nCold Call Roleplay - please complete the roleplay right after you apply.
