The Dry Blend Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining blending equipment to produce dry blends according to recipes and specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring the consistency, quality, and efficiency of our flavor production process.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nReview orders and determine proper sequence based on customer needs.\nChoose the appropriate blender for the size of the batch.\nObtain necessary raw materials.\nPosition raw materials for loading into a blender. Use a lift table on the large blenders. Forklift operation required.\nMix appropriately; sequencing is important if plating. Lab analysis may be required on some batches in the process.\nPack out appropriately using Sweeco sifter, boxes, and proper labels. Palletize\nUse appropriate lockout procedures when cleaning and follow approved cleaning and sanitizing procedures.\nFollow GMP, Safety guidelines.\nWork within proper GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, etc. guidelines.\nKeep the work area in a clean, orderly condition.\nBack up another trained Dry-Blend Operator as needed.\nOther duties as required.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or flavor production.\nKnowledge of blending equipment and processes is preferred.\nAbility to follow written instructions and recipes accurately.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nBasic math skills for weighing and measuring ingredients.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.\nFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\nWillingness to work in a physically demanding role and lift up to 50 pounds.\nWillingness to adhere to safety guidelines.\nReliable and punctual.\nIf you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for manufacturing and flavor innovation, we encourage you to apply for the Dry Blend Operator position.\nBell Flavors & Fragrances (www.bellff.com)develops products for the food, beverage, cosmetic, personal care and household care companies throughout the world.
