The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep. This role is crucial in ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency across our production lines.\nSchedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment.\nDiagnose operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs.\nSafely install, modify, and upgrade plant equipment as required.\nConduct routine inspections of machinery, reporting potential issues before they escalate.\nMaintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and general building infrastructure as needed.\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to facilitate repairs.\nUtilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document maintenance activities.\nFollow all safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), Hot Work, and Electrical Safety Standards.\nAssist in maintaining spare parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed.\nProvide backup support to other Maintenance Technicians when required.\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED (Associate degree in a related field preferred).\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting motors, gearboxes, sensors, switches, pumps, and conveyors.\nExperience working with 110V, 208V, and 460V three-phase electrical systems.\nFamiliarity with PLC troubleshooting (programming experience is a plus).\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and blueprints.\nKnowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding is highly desirable.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.\nComfortable using hand and power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.\nMust be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or HVAC is a plus.\nExperience in a food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment is preferred.\nProficiency in CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive pay range $38 - $40 per hour based on experience and skills.\nComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc.).\nOpportunities for career growth and professional development.\nA safe and supportive work environment that values teamwork and innovation.\nJoin Our Team!\nIf you're a highly motivated Maintenance Technician with a strong work ethic and passion for keeping operations running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
