This role manages the full accounts receivable cycle, including cash application, invoicing, collections, account maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate financial records, resolve customer account issues, and support healthy cash flow through timely, professional follow-up.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nManage the receivable accounts cycle, including cash application, collections, bank downloads, lockbox activity, deposits, and account maintenance.\nPrepare, review, validate, upload, and download customer invoices while ensuring accurate terms and supporting documentation.\nMonitor customer accounts, follow up on past-due balances, research discrepancies, resolve short payments, and escalate delinquent accounts when needed.\nMaintain customer records, payment instructions, contact information, W-9 forms, and detailed account notes.\nPerform month-end reconciliations, aging reviews, accruals, variance analysis, and related reporting.\nPrepare accounts receivable reports, aging summaries, and customer statements.\nEstablish and maintain customer credit accounts and obtain D&B and Atradius reports.\nCollaborate with Sales, Finance, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.\nIdentify process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.\nRespond promptly to emails and phone calls, meet department deadlines, maintain customer documentation, and complete other assigned duties.\nQualifications:\nAssociate degree required.\nProven experience of 3-5 years in accounts receivable or related financial role\nS Working knowledge of collections, cash posting, billing, reconciliation, and account maintenance.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nExperience with customer invoicing portals such as Tungsten, Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, or similar platforms.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.\nExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.\nManage multiple priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of flavor
