In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. Your primary focus will be designing and developing scalable data pipelines, process automation solutions, custom AI agents, and real-time data analytics applications. The ideal candidate has strong foundations in programming and database design, hands-on experience with generative AI workflows, and a proven ability to explore and interpret data to answer key business questions.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Exploration & Analysis: Explore, navigate, and interpret complex data to answer key business questions and drive data-informed decision-making.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business primes to understand functional requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.\nSolution Development: Design, prototype, and develop: Scalable data pipelines and robust automation solutions. Custom AI agents utilizing modern frameworks. Real-time data analytics applications. \nInnovative and solution-focused: Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and contributes creative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. \nCustomer-centric: Demonstrates a strong understanding of customer needs and leverages this knowledge to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships. \nAnalytical and detail-oriented: Meticulously gathers and analyzes information to effectively identify and resolve complex problems. \nGrowth-minded: Actively seeks opportunities to develop new skills and apply them to enhance job performance and contribute to organizational goals. \nCritical Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nSelf-starter mentality with the ability to navigate uncertainty and work independently.\nSolid foundational knowledge of programming principles, computing concepts, database design, and API integrations.\nStrong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.\nPractical programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages, coupled with foundational troubleshooting and debugging skills.\nHands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools, prompt engineering techniques, and agentic frameworks (such as LangChain).\nExperience with version control systems, specifically Git.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with distributed messaging and search technologies (e.g., Kafka, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Elasticsearch, BigQuery).\nComfort and versatility working across multiple programming paradigms and languages (e.g., transitioning between Python, Java, and SQL).\nExperience developing mid-to-large-scale applications and deploying them on Kubernetes.\nBackground in developing custom algorithms and pattern recognition programs.\nHands-on experience architecting high-throughput real-time data pipelines and batch ETL processes.\nExposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools, data analytics, and dashboard creation.\nAdvanced troubleshooting and complex debugging capabilities.\nExperience with containerization (Docker) and configuring CI/CD pipelines.\nAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.\nAdditional Information:\nPosition Type: Management\nJob Status: Regular - Full Time\nJob Location: Canada : Ontario : Toronto\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid\nApplication Deadline: 10/16/2026\nFor work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
