This role offers a transition from daily field production into less physically demanding work while continuing to use your trade knowledge. Most project reviews are virtual, with on-site visits when physical verification is necessary.\nHow We Work\nGood installations start with thorough preparation. We value accurate information, clear communication, and accountability. You'll work with sales and field teams to resolve questions early, reduce preventable delays, and keep installation crews focused on safe, quality work.\nResponsibilities\nReview approved estimates, job scopes, photos, videos, measurements, equipment details, and ServiceTitan records.\nComplete virtual pre-installation reviews to assess site conditions, scope clarity, installation feasibility, and material needs.\nResolve missing or conflicting information with the selling technician, Electrical Safety Inspector, or sales advisor.\nConduct on-site reviews when documentation is insufficient to prepare the project confidently.\nCreate complete, job-specific material takeoffs and order lists based on the approved scope and verified conditions.\nOrder materials through approved electrical vendors in time for scheduled pickup or other established fulfillment methods.\nConfirm availability and address shortages, backorders, and incorrect materials before they delay installation.\nEscalate technical, permitting, utility, pricing, or scope concerns to Electrical leadership without making unauthorized changes.\nCommunicate job-readiness risks early and identify recurring documentation issues so teams can improve project preparation.\nQualifications\nResidential electrical field experience sufficient to plan installations accurately; five or more years is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of service upgrades, panels, subpanels, rewires, device replacements, circuits, grounding and bonding, and residential installation methods.\nExperience identifying electrical materials and equipment, preparing material takeoffs, and coordinating vendor orders.\nAbility to assess photos, videos, estimates, and field notes to identify missing information and installation requirements.\nStrong organization, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.\nAbility to use ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.\nA valid California driver's license for occasional site visits.\nExperienced residential service electricians, lead installers, journeyman-level electricians, and electrical field supervisors are encouraged to apply.\nWorking Conditions\nWork centers on virtual project reviews, documentation, material planning, and vendor coordination, with occasional residential site visits. \nPay Range\n$55,000—$60,000 USD\nWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
