By building a secure, high-performance, coast-to-coast compute fabric, Bell is creating the foundational infrastructure required to power the next generation of AI innovation while ensuring data sovereignty, resilience, and scalability at national scale.\nThe OFCI Sourcing, Contracts & Supply Chain Specialist is an integrated commercial and delivery role supporting critical Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment for data centre projects, including generators, switchgear, UPS systems, transformers, cooling equipment, and related infrastructure.\nThe role combines strategic sourcing support, contract administration and negotiation coordination, supplier management, manufacturing milestone tracking, and delivery assurance. Working with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, OEMs, and EPC partners, the specialist will help secure competitive commercial outcomes while ensuring contractual commitments and equipment schedules remain aligned with project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Sourcing & Commercial Execution\nSupport sourcing strategies, RFx activities, bid evaluations, supplier recommendations, and award documentation for assigned OFCI equipment categories.\nAnalyze supplier proposals, total cost of ownership, lead times, capacity, commercial risks, and delivery commitments.\nSupport negotiation of pricing, production-slot reservations, payment milestones, warranties, freight terms, and other commercial conditions.\nPrepare purchase recommendations and coordinate requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and supplier onboarding with procurement operations.\nContract Development & Administration\nDraft, review, and coordinate redlines for purchase agreements, master agreements, Statements of Work, amendments, and commercial exhibits in partnership with Legal.\nMaintain clear contractual requirements for scope, pricing, delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, warranties, title transfer, Incoterms, change control, and supplier remedies.\nManage contract trackers, approvals, obligations, expirations, amendments, and audit records through the contract lifecycle.\nIdentify supplier exceptions and commercial risks, summarize business impacts, and escalate items requiring leadership or Legal decisions.\nSupplier Performance, Reporting & Governance\nTrack supplier performance across cost, quality, schedule, responsiveness, and contractual compliance, and support business reviews and escalations.\nPrepare concise dashboards and reports covering sourcing status, contracting progress, manufacturing milestones, delivery outlook, key risks, and required decisions.\nMaintain accurate procurement and contract records and contribute to standard work, templates, controls, and process improvements.\nCritical Qualifications\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract administration, supplier management. Experience with data centre infrastructure, capital equipment, EPC delivery models, or OFCI equipment is strongly preferred.\nWorking knowledge of competitive sourcing, commercial proposal analysis, purchase orders, contract terms, change orders, supplier performance, and manufacturing or delivery schedules.\nAbility to review and coordinate contract redlines while recognizing when legal, financial, or leadership escalation is required.\nStrong analytical, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple equipment packages and deadlines.\nProficiency with ERP, sourcing, contract-management, and reporting tools; experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms is an asset.\nAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.\nAdditional Information:\nPosition Type: Management\nJob Status: Regular - Full Time\nJob Location: Canada : Saskatchewan : Saskatoon || Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : Montreal\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid\nApplication Deadline: 10/23/2026\nFor work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
