This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy food preparation, take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nAs a member of our café team, you will help prepare fresh food, maintain inventory, support daily operations, and create a positive dining experience for team members across the organization.\nWhy Bell & Evans?\nWeekly pay\nComprehensive benefits package\nPaid vacation and holidays\nStable, family-owned company with a strong reputation\nConsistent full-time schedule\nTeam-oriented work environment\nOpportunities for growth and development\nClean and professional workplace\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Café 2 Team Member, you will support daily food production and café operations while ensuring quality, consistency, food safety, and excellent customer service.\nKey responsibilities include:\nPrepare food items according to established recipes and café standards\nFollow daily prep lists and maintain appropriate inventory levels of prepared products\nProduce a variety of hot and cold food items for café service\nStock and maintain the micro market, ensuring products are available and properly displayed\nRotate products according to established date-coding and freshness guidelines\nMaintain food cases and displays to ensure proper product rotation and presentation\nReceive and properly store product deliveries\nStock beverage stations with drinks, cups, lids, condiments, and supplies\nServe team members at the hot line, grill, and sandwich/salad stations\nProvide friendly and efficient customer service to Bell & Evans team members\nAssist with dishwashing, restocking, and general kitchen support\nProperly operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment\nMaintain cleanliness throughout the café, kitchen, storage areas, and service stations\nComplete daily, weekly, and scheduled deep-cleaning responsibilities\nComplete all required food safety and company training programs\nWork collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy meal periods\nWhat We're Looking For\nSuccessful candidates will have:\nA positive attitude and strong work ethic\nExcellent customer service skills\nStrong attention to detail and cleanliness\nThe ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment\nDependability and punctuality\nA team-oriented mindset\nThe ability to multitask and stay organized\nA commitment to food safety and quality standards\nPrevious experience in food service, food preparation, cafeterias, restaurants, catering, hospitality, or commercial kitchens is preferred but not required.\nFood Safety & Quality\nAt Bell & Evans, food safety and quality are at the center of everything we do.
