We are an innovator that believes in transparency, uncompromising quality, service, teamwork, and honest, common-sense practices.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Evis lead is responsible for overseeing the live receiving area as well as helping to keep the department flowing efficiently while maintaining quality to a high standard.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSet up and tear down department at shift start and end\nEnsure department needs are met and communicate effectively with team members\nMonitor equipment performance, quality, and food safety standards to ensure KPIs are met\nMaintain efficiency and make day-to-day operational decisions\nBe present on the floor to oversee processes and assist with training new team members in safety and food safety procedures\nMaintain consistent product and quality flow\nContact maintenance or electronics immediately when the line is down and notify your supervisor\nReview production schedules and complete daily cadence reports on numbers and labor\nSubmit work orders and communicate all concerns with maintenance, electronics, and your supervisor\nVerify correct product and order accuracy\nSupport continuous improvement efforts by identifying and resolving process issues\nLead daily stretching and huddle meetings\nCoordinate work assignments, supply orders, and necessary documentation\nPerform physical tasks as needed and ensure compliance with GMPs and PPE use\nConduct weekly safety observations and departmental audits\nTrack downtime and training\nMaintain good housekeeping standards\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport supervisor in communicating the Company’s vision, policies, and procedures to team members.
