This role moves beyond transactional recruiting to focus on pipeline development, workforce strategy execution, and candidate experience excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Strategic Talent Partnership\nPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand workforce plans, turnover trends, and hiring forecasts \nTranslate business needs into proactive recruiting strategies by function (production, technical, leadership) \nParticipate in workforce planning discussions and hiring prioritization \n2. Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership\nManage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance \nLead intake meetings to define success profiles and selection criteria \nDrive structured interview processes and selection consistency \nEnsure timely movement of candidates and requisition closure \n3. Sourcing & Pipeline Development\nBuild and maintain active pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles \nLeverage multiple sourcing channels (Indeed, referrals, community outreach, trade schools, etc.) \nDevelop specialized sourcing strategies: \nProduction: high-volume, bilingual outreach, community partnerships \nTechnical: passive candidate sourcing, trade networks \nLeadership: targeted sourcing, professional networking \n4. Candidate Experience & Employer Brand\nDeliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience \nServe as brand ambassador in the community and talent market \nSupport hiring events, job fairs, and community engagement \n5. Process & Compliance Excellence\nEnsure compliance with all employment laws and internal processes \nMaintain data integrity within ATS \nSupport standardized hiring workflows and documentation \n6. Metrics & Continuous Improvement\nTrack and manage key metrics: \nTime-to-fill \nQuality of hire \nCandidate conversion rates \nIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements \nSupport implementation of structured selection tools and assessments \n7.
