Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Bell Textron (Bell Flight) is a premier American aerospace manufacturer and a subsidiary of Textron Inc., specializing in vertical flight innovation and advanced aircraft engineering. Founded in 1935, the company designs, manufactures, and supports a comprehensive portfolio of commercial helicopters, military rotorcraft, and revolutionary tiltrotor aircraft - including industry-standard platforms such as the Bell 407, Bell 505, V-22 Osprey, and the advanced V-280 Valor. Providing integrated lifecycle maintenance, global customer support, and advanced training solutions, Bell serves military forces, defense agencies, corporate operators, public safety organizations, and emergency medical service (HEMS) providers worldwide, continuously pushing the boundaries of high-speed vertical lift and next-generation aerial mobility.

    • Ensuring accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal sufficiency of all contractual documents in accordance with internal approvals and company policies.

  • Post-Sales Activities

    • Monitoring and enforcing Bell and Customer's contractual obligations and mitigating any contractual risks (late delivery, certifications, payment delay, default...).

    • Supporting aircraft delivery events including administrative paperwork, contractual notices, and customer travels.

    • Maintaining Bell contract and information management systems to ensure proper reporting and internal flow of information.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks

    • Performing tasks related to office administration and company incorporation.
