Требования:

Опыт коммерческой фронтенд-разработки от 5 лет, из них от 2 лет в роли Senior.

Опыт с React, Next.js и TypeScript, понимание внутреннего устройства.

Опыт проектирования архитектуры сложных фронтенд-приложений и принятия ключевых технических решений.

Понимание и применение принципов SOLID, DRY, KISS, а также паттернов проектирования.

Опыт работы с менеджерами состояний (Redux Toolkit, RTK Query) в крупных проектах.

Уверенные знания HTML5, CSS3 и препроцессоров (SASS).

Опыт работы с REST API, SSR и серверным Node.js на продвинутом уровне.

Опыт работы с Server-Sent Events (SSE): проектирование стриминговых интерфейсов, обработка событий на клиенте, реконнекты, graceful degradation.

Умение писать unit-тесты (Jest/React Testing Library), опыт внедрения культуры тестирования в команде.

Опыт наставничества и менторства разработчиков.

Уверенное проведение код-ревью и работа по GitFlow.

Навыки работы с дизайн-системами и Figma/Pixso для самостоятельного чтения макетов.

Дополнительные требования:

Опыт работы с AI-агентами в ежедневной разработке: Roo Code, Giga Code, Open Code, Claude Code, Codex. Умение настраивать и использовать agents.md, правила и промпты под проект, внедрять эти практики в команде.

Понимание и практический опыт работы с MCP (Model Context Protocol): знание архитектуры MCP-серверов, умение подключать их и строить взаимодействие «интерфейс - агент - инструменты».

Опыт использования AI-инструментов для генерации и ревью кода: GitHub Copilot, Codium, Codeium и аналоги.
