You’ll work collaboratively with a team of professionals, managing the performance and risk profile of Bell, balancing the needs of customers, investors and team members with long-term business success.\n\nThe Corporate Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership for Bell’s Corporate Groups portfolios. This role is responsible for supporting a broad range of stakeholders by delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive guidance throughout the month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.\nThe successful candidate will work collaboratively across Finance and business teams to ensure sound financial management, support decision-making, and drive accountability for financial performance.\nThe ideal candidate is a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the financial management and oversight of assigned Corporate Groups portfolios, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities\nPartner with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives\nPrepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and executive summaries\nMonitor financial performance and identify trends, providing recommendations to improve results and support achievement of financial targets\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters\nSupport the preparation of executive presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews, forecast updates, and planning discussions\nCollaborate with cross-functional Finance teams to drive consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in reporting and planning processes\nLead or participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives that support broader Corporate Finance objectives\nQualifications\nUniversity degree with 5 years of experience in a financial planning environment\nCPA designation or equivalent professional certification (or in progress)\nProficient in BPC (Anaplan), SAP, and Excel\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns within financial data\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely\nAbility to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional groups and management\nExperience in the telecommunications industry is a strong asset\nAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.\nAdditional Information:\nPosition Type: Management\nJob Status: Regular - Full Time\nJob Location: Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : Montreal\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid\nApplication Deadline: 09/08/2026\nFor work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
