Project annual revenues ranging from $500K to $10M over the life of the contract. The Project Manager is responsible for the structuring and delivery of moderately complex solutions across Bell Business Markets (BBM) account base, on time, within budget and according to customer contracted requirements. The project management plans will include a project charter, project plan, communications plan, risk management plan and an implementation schedule. Some financial and business acumen is required.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeads and coaches the team to achieve the project objectives and follow project deliverables\nManages the customer relationship throughout the project delivery \nAccountable for all end-to-end project delivery and governance including quality, scope, timeline and budget \nProject financial management (costs, revenues, margins, other expenses)\nEscalates issues and risks to senior management to ensure prompt resolution \nPrepares all necessary documentation required according to PMI based methodology \nContribute to the evolution of the project management practice and project management role\nCritical Qualifications\nUniversity Degree, PMP certification or equivalent business experience \nExperience in AGILE methodology is an asset \nCertification PMP, an asset\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills\nEffective oral and written communication and presentation skills \nEffective customer relationship-building skills with the ability to instill confidence in the client\nStrong influencing, negotiation and risk management skills\nResourceful and strong organizational, problem-solving skills \nSolid understanding and experience in managing project financials \nDemonstrates a foundational understanding of AI and its applications; stays curious, recognizes ethical implications, and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance everyday work\nAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.\nAdditional Information:\nPosition Type: Management\nJob Status: Regular - Full Time\nJob Location: Canada : Quebec : Montreal || Canada : Quebec : Quebec City\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid\nApplication Deadline: 10/12/2026\nFor work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
