If you’re inspired by innovation that advances how people connect and transforms what’s possible, you belong on #TeamBell.\n\nThe Accounting Systems team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to be a part of the Controller organization’s transformative journey towards becoming trusted and valued business partners delivering Financial Results in an entirely new way through best-in-class people, processes and innovation.\nAs the Senior Manager, Accounting Systems & Finance Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading system integrations, driving process efficiency, and shaping the future roadmap of our financial platforms. Supported by a dedicated Manager, your core responsibilities will include:\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Finance Leadership: Act as the Finance Lead for key initiatives involving S/4HANA Retail and SAP BW, including the SvA solution for automated revenue and COGS recognition.\nFinance-IT Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Operations, and Finance, coordinating business requirements and overseeing testing to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.\nBusiness Partnering: Advise stakeholders, analyze financial data flows, and support strategic decision-making.\nFinance Transformation: Lead process optimization, automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSystems Roadmap & Evolution: Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap of SAP financial platforms.\nPlatform Governance & Support: Own Finance-side support of key platforms and ensure effective system governance.\nProcess & Data Optimization: Enhance financial processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities.\nCompliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain a strong control environment and support internal and external audits.\nPeople Leadership: Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team.\nPortfolio Adaptability: Support emerging priorities across the Accounting Systems portfolio as business needs evolve.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field.\nCPA designation or equivalent finance experience is considered an asset.\nExperience\nMinimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, Information systems/IT or related areas.\nERP Implementation Project experience is an asset.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nAdvanced knowledge and experience with S/4HANA in a retail organization, SAP BW, and similar financial systems is considered a key asset.\nExperience with Project Management is an asset.\nExperience with automation, AI, machine learning, or data analytics tools is an asset.\n\nLeadership / People Skills\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProven ability to build relationships and influence across functions and leadership levels.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPassion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies.\nAbility to take ownership, drive results, and lead through change.\nExperience coaching, developing, and leading high-performing teams, including virtual teams.\nAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.\nAdditional Information:\nPosition Type: Management\nJob Status: Regular - Full Time\nJob Location: Canada : Quebec : Montreal || Canada : Ontario : Toronto\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid\nApplication Deadline: 10/06/2026\nFor work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
