The right person for this role works comfortably across complex UX problems and polished visual design without losing quality at either end. You bring a strong eye for visual design, hierarchy, typography, and interaction detail, and you are direct about trade-offs, comfortable working across teams, and bring a clear point of view to the work.\nThis is a role with broad reach. You will work across multiple product streams and teams, contributing wherever the work requires. At the core of it, you will drive end-to-end design across full user journeys, from early concept through to delivery, working confidently within our established design system along the way.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive end-to-end design across multiple product streams, covering entire user journeys from concept to delivery.\nTranslate complex requirements into intuitive, well-structured flows that balance UX rigor with strong visual design rooted in purpose.\nCraft high-quality mobile app interfaces with a strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, motion, and detail to drive emotionally engaging experiences.\nDesign across mobile platforms, with deep expertise in Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Google's Material Design to ensure platform-specific best practices are followed.\nPartner with engineering, system, and research teams to ensure design intent is carried through implementation.\nWork within our established design system, applying components, tokens, and patterns accurately and consistently, and raising gaps or inconsistencies with the design systems team when you find them.\nCollaborate with Scrum Masters and Program Managers to align on priorities and timelines.\nAdvocate for the user by surfacing pain points, proposing solutions, and iterating based on feedback from both customers and internal agent-facing users.\nContribute to design system work during periods when additional capacity is needed.\nStay current on app design trends, tools, and interaction patterns, and bring relevant thinking back to the team.\nEnsure designs meet WCAG standards and that accessibility is considered at the start, not just applied after the fact.\nCritical Qualifications\nCraft-level expertise in creating high-quality interfaces with a strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, motion, interaction quality, and detail.\nExperience designing complete user journeys, not just individual screens, with a strong grasp of flow, structure, and decision points across an omni-channel experience.\nAn appreciation for limitations and view them as opportunities to innovate.\nAn expert-level command of Figma, including auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and component creation.\nExperience working within a design system, with a solid understanding of components, tokens, and pattern-based design\nThe ability to explain your design decisions clearly to both design and non-design partners.\nExperience working in cross-functional teams with product, engineering, and research.\nComfort working on both broadly defined concepts and narrowly scoped features.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\nExperience with mobile-first and responsive design across multiple breakpoints.\nExperience designing for retail, call center, or other agent-facing applications is a strong asset.\nA collaborative and comfortable attitude, eager to find clever solutions to complex problems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience contributing to design system discussions, beyond just consuming it.\nFamiliarity with design tokens and how they are structured and applied across products.\nExposure to A/B testing, analytics, or user research to inform and validate design decisions.\nExperience working within multi-brand or multi-platform product environments.\nMotion design skills and an understanding of how animation and transitions enhance user experiences.\nFamiliarity with enterprise-scale product ecosystems.\nExperience with advanced prototyping tools such as Framer or Protopie.\nAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.\nAdditional Information:\nPosition Type: Management\nJob Status: Regular - Full Time\nJob Location: Canada : Ontario : Toronto || Canada : Quebec : Montreal\nWork Arrangement: Hybrid\nApplication Deadline: 11/01/2026\nFor work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
