In this role, you will support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems across our production facilities. As you gain experience, you’ll take on more advanced responsibilities-including PLC troubleshooting, control systems work, and automation support.\n1st SHIFT AVAILABLE - Weekend Day\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform all work safely and follow all Bell & Evans safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout.\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic components of production equipment.\nDiagnose and repair electrical circuits, read schematics, and follow detailed instructions.\nConnect to PLCs, read ladder logic, and perform basic PLC/HMI programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff preferred).\nSet up and troubleshoot VFDs, servo systems, and temperature control systems (including basic PID tuning).\nPerform preventative maintenance (PMs) on automated and mechanical equipment.\nComplete work orders, documentation, and basic computer-based reporting.\nAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.\nRepair and maintain sensors, motors, relays, safety circuits, and other panel components.\nWork independently and collaboratively in a strong team-oriented environment.\nCommunicate clearly with maintenance, automation technicians, and management regarding equipment issues.\nMaintain and bring necessary personal tools as required for the position.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHands-on experience troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, VFDs, relays, sensors, and control circuits.\nAbility to read electrical schematics and perform basic PLC/HMI tasks.\nFamiliarity with automated machinery-mechanical and electrical repairs.\nAbility to work under pressure and diagnose issues quickly and safely.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Beckhoff PLCs.\nExperience with VFD/servo setup and temperature controls.\nPrevious electromechanical or mechatronics technician experience.\nAbility to support installations, special projects, and process improvements.\nWillingness to obtain
