The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems and components in residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.\nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform electrical service calls, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues in residential homes.\nInstall, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.\nEnsure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.\nProvide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding their electrical needs and solutions.\nConduct inspections and assessments of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure safety.\nMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.\nCollaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient job completion.\nStay up-to-date with industry standards, trends, and safety practices.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;\nResidential Electrical Certification Required\nValid electrical license or certification as required by state regulations.\nProven experience as an electrical technician or electrician, preferably in residential services.\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and safety protocols.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.\nAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently.\nMust possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various physical conditions.\nComfortable working in confined spaces and at heights as required.\nAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary based on experience.\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance.\nRetirement savings plan with company match.\nPaid time off and holidays.\nOngoing training and professional development opportunities.\nPay Range\n$25—$40 USD\nWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
