You will play a critical role in ensuring system availability, performance, and operational excellence across our infrastructure and applications.\nAs a senior member of the team, you will also mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and drive best practices in reliability engineering, automation, and incident management.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nReliability & Availability\nDesign and implement highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.\nDefine and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.\nLead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems.\nImprove system resiliency and reduce operational toil through automation.\nObservability & Monitoring\nDesign monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies.\nImplement tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar.\nEstablish proactive alerting and capacity planning processes.\nPerformance & Scalability\nConduct performance testing and optimization.\nIdentify bottlenecks and implement improvements.\nSupport system scaling initiatives and architecture reviews.\nCollaboration & Leadership\nPartner with engineering teams to embed reliability into development processes.\nLead reliability initiatives and cross-functional projects.\nMentor junior engineers and promote SRE best practices.\nExperience:\n5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.\nStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS).\nDeep understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\nProficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).\nExperience with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog/Prometheus).\nPreferred Technologies (Nice to Have):\nExperience operating high-scale production systems.\nExperience with microservices architecture.\nBackground in database reliability (Postgres, MySQL, Redis, etc.).\nExperience implementing SRE practices (error budgets, blameless postmortems).\nExperience with AI-driven
