Our signature restaurant, offers an immersive marine dining experience, transporting guests into the mysterious beauty and biodiversity of the surrounding Two Oceans.\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\nAssisting the Restaurant GM in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.\nEnsure through regular monitoring of guest feedback, queries and complaints for delivering prompt, efficient and accurate service.\nAdhere to revenue and cost budgets and plan operational resources accordingly in order to achieve required targets.\nContinuously improve and innovate the services to achieve a larger market share and retain regular guests of the outlet.\nWork with the Director of Food and Beverage on creating appropriate wine and beverage lists.\nCreate a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development.\nRun all necessary training on service, food, beverages, standard practices etc. for the team and ensure that duties are carried out in accordance with Leading Quality Assessment (LQA) standards.\nResponsible for certain reporting deadlines, payroll & rosters.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring:\n3-5 years F&B management experience in a luxury environment.\nExcellent leaderships skills.\nKnowledge of silverware - advantageous.\nGood knowledge of food cost, employee scheduling and payroll\nWorking knowledge of general restaurant operations.\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer:\nAt Mount Nelson, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
