Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Managing guest seating arrangements and reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth table allocation and guest flow
- Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus while providing a warm and personalized introduction
- Assisting guests with inquiries, special requests, dietary requirements, and general information about the restaurant
- Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized hostess area at all times
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage
- Friendly, warm, and attentive demeanor with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests efficiently
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
