We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our product team and help us create simple, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for our customers.\n\nWhat you'll do\nDesign user experiences and interfaces across our digital products\n\nTranslate business and customer needs into clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces\n\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs\n\nWork closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development process\n\nConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions\n\nImprove existing user journeys based on customer feedback, data, and usability insights\n\nBuild and maintain a consistent design system and UI patterns\n\nPrepare designs and specifications for development and work closely with engineers during implementation\n\nContribute to product discovery and early-stage concept development\n\nHelp establish and maintain UX/UI best practices across the product team\n\nWhat we're looking for\n3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX or Product Design\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design skills\n\nExcellent understanding of user-centered design principles\n\nExperience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile products\n\nStrong knowledge of tools such as Figma\n\nAbility to create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces\n\nGood understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles\n\nStrong attention to detail and visual design skills\n\nAbility to work closely with Product and Engineering teams\n\nEnglish proficient enough for daily work communication\n\nWillingness to relocate to Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain - required\n\nNice to have\nExperience with design systems and component libraries\n\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing\n\nExperience working with analytics and product data to inform design decisions\n\nBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development\n\nExperience working in an agile product environment\n\nExperience with fintech, payments, or banking -
