organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Central Services IT team.\nWorking closely with the Project Manager and colleagues across IT, applications, data and operational services, you will help keep digital and technology projects organised, on track and moving forward.\nYou will coordinate project activities, maintain plans and documentation, organise meetings and workshops, and make sure actions, risks and decisions are recorded and followed through.\nThis is a varied role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy projects, connecting people and making sure the detail is taken care of.\nWhat will you be doing?\nYou will:\nCoordinate project activities, schedules, resources and communications.\nMaintain project plans, trackers and supporting documentation.\nOrganise project meetings, workshops and engagement sessions.\nPrepare agendas, materials and meeting notes.\nCapture actions, decisions and key outcomes.\nMake sure tasks are clearly assigned and tracked through to completion.\nMonitor progress against project milestones and deadlines.\nMaintain accurate risk, issue, decision and dependency logs.\nFollow up on outstanding actions and escalate concerns where appropriate.\nSupport the preparation of project reports and stakeholder updates.\nHelp coordinate training, communication and change activities.\nSupport system rollouts and the transition of projects into day-to-day use.\nWork closely with IT, application support, data and operational teams.\nRequirements\nAbout you\nYou will be someone who can manage competing priorities, keep accurate records and communicate confidently with a range of colleagues and stakeholders.\nWe are looking for someone with:\nExperience supporting projects or coordinating activities.\nThe confidence to work with IT teams, operational services, senior managers and cross-functional project groups.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and project tracking tools.\nA current driving licence and willingness to travel to other Belong locations are required.\nYou will need to live within an hour of Nantwich.\nYou must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.\nExperience supporting digital or technology projects, system implementations or organisational change would be beneficial.\nAn understanding of project approaches such as PRINCE2 or Agile
